Accounting Specialist I - TS Real Estate Investor Services

SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting functions of the Bank and/or affiliated entities, including accounts receivable, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance. This position requires individuals to communicate with a variety of individuals both internally and externally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepare client invoicing, client statements and bank deposits and apply client receipts to accounts receivable system. Prepare and communicate all accounts receivable reporting.
  • Processing of accounts payable which includes obtaining proper approvals, verification of mathematical accuracy, determination of the propriety of the invoice, entering information into the accounts payable system and generation of checks for payment. Prepares and communicates all accounts payable reports and maintains all vendor files. Also, communicating with vendors to resolve various issues regarding invoices presented for payment.
  • Prepare reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts.
  • Accumulates information for all necessary tax reporting
  • Answer questions for research from co-workers and clients regarding past bills and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
  • Assists in monthly closings.
  • Assists in special projects, as necessary.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Maintain educational and professional expertise through attendance at job related seminars, conferences and workshops.

QUALIFICATIONS

Senior Systems Administrator


SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for providing systems operational support, administration, installation, disaster recovery, and maintenance for key Bank infrastructure. Candidate(s) for this position would be a key member(s) of an IT team responsible for Banking Application, Windows, and Linux system administration support for server technology configured in a physical and virtual environment (using VMware).


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


• Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and Intranet systems.

• Design, install and maintain network hardware and software.

• Analyze and isolate issues.

• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.

• Evaluate and modify system's performance.

• Determine network and system requirements.

• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.

• Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.

• Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration.

• Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.

• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.

• Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPNgateways, intrusion detection systems.

• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.

• Develops new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.

• Establishes guidelines and methods for the installation and management of the host computer operating systems, disk arrays, fiber channel switches, tape libraries and other components.

• Hands-on technical experience with some or all of the following: Windows Server OS, VMWARE, SAN ( NetApps ), SQL Server, Network Performance Tuning, LAN Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, MPLS, CISCO, LAN/WAN.

Responsible for all of the day-to-day aspects of support to all departments and locations on matters relating to servers, personal computers, printers, and on-line activities.

Performs personal computer troubleshooting and repair.


Provide end-user support for microcomputer software applications.

Part-Time CSR I


SUMMARY

Must complete the 90-day on onboarding process which includes BAI training;

Responsible for processing transactions for clients; Work is performed within the framework of TS Bank standard operating policies and procedures. Deviations from normal procedures and/or questions are referred to a more experienced banker or the Manager.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process transactions via the CSR window; verify client identity and documents produced; verify endorsement(s) and funds available; count currency; check transaction for accuracy and completeness; issue receipts; monitor and balance cash drawer; reconcile differences; maintain CSR supplies.

Identify the client by name; provide client service to individuals in person and over the telephone; explain the bank's policies and procedures regarding transactions. Provide accurate deposit rates (including APY's). Assist clients with safe deposit box entry.


Ensure security of assigned CSR drawer and coin vault; maintain proper amount of currency in cash drawer; buy, sell, and verify currency; recognize counterfeit currency; complete log books and bank slips; process large currency orders; count and bundle currency; process mutilated/unfit currency.


Process bank by mail, night deposits, loan payments, funds transfers, etc. Able to recognize a potential deposit hold situation and bring to the attention of a Personal Banker.


Proficient in BSA requirements (including CTR transactions) and detecting/reporting suspicious/unusual activity.


Attend mandatory bank meetings and training seminars, including but not limited to, the bank's web based training program.


Comply with all banking regulations, policies and procedures.


Provide awareness of banking products and services (emphasis on consumer) with current and prospective clients. Use CRM system to prepare and proceed with the next steps in referral process (current and prospective clientele); provide feedback to supervisor and affected bank personnel.


Periodically Personal Banker/Client Service Representative(s) may be asked to participate in the Bank's business development activities, represent the Bank in industry and professional associations, community organizations, local business groups, etc., and promote the Bank's favorable image.



NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain education and professional expertise through attendance at job related seminars, conferences, and workshops and involvement in professional, civic, and community groups.
