Client Contact Specialist

Location: Treynor, IA


SUMMARY

Provide excellent client service via the phone by assisting with basic account maintenance. Must be motivated and willing to learn all banking systems to proactively offer client support in the most effective, efficient, and consistent manner.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Handle phone inquiries professionally and follows-up appropriately with each caller to exceed the individual's expectations and comply with bank policy.
  • Assist clients with account maintenance including: balance inquiries, transfers between checking and savings accounts, check orders, debit card maintenance, raising/lowering debit card limits, contact information updates, and general inquiries.
  • Introduce clients to products that may be beneficial to them and connect the client with the proper person or department to help them succeed and deepen their relationship with the bank.
  • Troubleshoot issues and answer questions on bank products and services, such as online banking, mobile money, and telebanking.
  • Escalate service issues or situations requiring specialized problem solving skills to a CCS II, CCS III, or the Client Contact Center Manager respectively, as needed.
  • Maintain documents and materials via internal communication repository.
  • Update CRM with call logs and cases related to clients.
  • Handle and log returned mail.
  • Fold and assemble statements, as needed.
  • Complete assigned online training.

Junior Systems Administrator

Location: Treynor, IA


SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for providing systems operational support, documentation, administration, installation, disaster recovery, and maintenance for key bank infrastructure. Candidate for this position would be a key member of an IT team responsible for Banking Application, Windows, and Linux system administration support for server technology configured in a physical and virtual environment (using VMware). This position will process a variety of work assignments associated with the bank's technology. Work is performed within the framework of standard operating policies and procedures; however, independent judgment and discretion is required in performing assigned tasks.

  • Maintain and support all aspects of client environments, onsite, and remotely.

Assigned tasks may vary in nature; they may pertain to financial analysis of equity securities and underlying companies, analysis of various third party investment funds, and other duties as assigned that assist the Wealth Management Group and TS Capital. Strong critical thinking skills are required. Work is performed within the framework of standard operating policies and procedures; however, independent judgment and discretion is required in performing assigned tasks.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


    The Wealth Management Group provides investment management and trust services to clients. TS Capital is an affiliated registered investment advisor offering unconventional investment funds. This role is a direct supporter of both entities.


    • Prepare reporting and analysis for the Investment Management Committee. Sitting as a non-voting member of the Investment Management Committee.
    • Financial analysis of publicly traded companies. Fund analysis of various investment funds.
    • Pertinent reporting may cover a broad range of responsibilities such as financial modeling, forecasting, and risk and performance management.
    • Use of tools such as Bloomberg and Morningstar to complete analysis.
    • Exposure to elements of asset allocation strategies, tax and estate planning strategies, and portfolio management of equities, fixed income, and options portfolios.
    • May occasionally support other functions within the Analytics Department.

    SUMMARY

    This position is responsible for enhancing executive's effectiveness by providing information management support, logistical coordinator, and representing the executive to others. This position will greet employees and the public in a professional manner in person and on the telephone and direct their questions and concerns to the proper personnel and research and respond directly on behalf of the executive. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical aspects of this job. Work is performed within the framework of standard operating policies and procedures, and requires independent judgment and discretion in performing assigned tasks.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


    Conserves executive's time by providing the following:

    • Reading, researching, and routing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.); drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications and responding to emails.
    • Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Specifically making reservations for conferences/meetings, and related to hotel, air, car, restaurants, and lunch delivery.
    • Specifically working with others to schedule or reschedule meetings on the executive's calendar, and assist in blocking or gatekeeping time for the executive. Updating executive about appointments.
    • Maintain and submit expense reports along with receipts for business related expenses.
    • Welcome guests and clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
    • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

    Marketing Coordinator

    • Prepare, write, and proof internal communications, external press releases, advertisements, promotional materials, etc. for the company.
    • Serve as a point of contact and liaison for marketing department. This includes working with external vendors and maintaining contact information.
    • Coordinate all newspaper marketing and assist in coordinating print jobs.
    • Create and manage Adobe PDF Fillable Forms for all areas of the company.
    • Coordinate and assist with projects and activities within the marketing department.
    • Assist in reviewing and updating company website.
    • Design internal and external communications including the bank newsletter.
    • Administer social media campaigns while following social media policy. Create, schedule, and organize consistent feeds, posts, uploads, etc. in various social media sites.
    • Assist with monitoring the bank's brand internally and externally by keeping the "checks and balances" of the design manual and graphics standards in priority.

    Personal Banking Talent Development Coordinator

    SUMMARY

    This position is responsible for promoting and selling loan products offered by the bank and actively develop relationships with farmers and ranchers who meet our company's credit standards. Ability to network and educate area advisors and consultants with the goal of increasing our agricultural loan volume. Originate, assist credit analyst with underwriting, and close agricultural loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies, and procedures. Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients by performing the following duties.

    • Call on and market agriculture loans to existing and potential clients on a regional basis and cross sell other bank products including cash management, wealth management, and insurance.

    • Compile loan packages and facilitate negotiations with applicant according to established standards, such as: fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms.     This position is responsible for analyzing the financial data of new and existing agriculture loans and preparing credit reviews along with leading the agriculture analyst team.     • Analyze new and existing agriculture credit files (e.g., enter data into database and/or spreadsheet computer applications; generate reports; collate data from reports; review balance sheet, income statement, etc. and calculate ratios in preparing credit review; submit written reviews for credit officers' modification; prepare final comments and make decisions regarding assignment of loan rating; sign and archive credit review with loan file).
    • Lead the agriculture analyst team along with training new credit analysis employees.
