TS Bank announces new hire in Atlantic

Atlantic, Iowa, February 10, 2023 - TS Bank is pleased to announce Megan Sramek as Assistant Vice President of Ag and Business Banking who will be based out of the bank's Atlantic location.

Megan has a broad background with over six years in ag lending and over seven years in ag, commercial and residential real estate including past work experience with the Farm Service Agency (FSA) farm loan program and Farmers Business Network (FBN) Finance. Additionally, Megan has a passion for stewardship of both land and animals being raised in the ag industry.

Originally from McDonald, Kansas, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University in Agribusiness. Megan is an avid community volunteer and agvocate. She has served as a board member on the Farm Bureau and involved with the state young farmers and ranchers committee and resolutions committee. Additionally, she was part of the realtor’s local and state association and served as a finance council member with her parish.

I am excited to be a partner with producers and businesses, to help our community grow and prosper,” shared Sramek. “Being raised in production agriculture, I have a huge passion for the industry. I am blessed to be able to continue to farm with my husband on his family’s farm here in Atlantic.”  

Megan will be working alongside ag producers with their operating lines, ag real estate loans, equipment loans as well as business needs of commercial clients. In her spare time, she likes to travel, photograph landscapes and spend time with family.
