Kevin Forristall – President
Kevin serves as President for TS Bank and TS Banking Group. He joined the TS Bank team in 2008 as the company’s first credit analyst. He has served in a number of leadership roles while establishing and building out a number of different business units related to credit, investments, analytics, balance sheet management, and organizational strategic planning. Kevin has been a member of the company’s leadership team since 2010 and the company’s EVP since 2018. Forristall, a local from Macedonia, Iowa, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, possesses an MBA, Creighton University, and BS in Business Administration, Morningside College.

Dave Wise – President of Community Banking
Dave was named Market President for TS Bank in October 2018 and promoted to SVP of Business Banking two years later. In 2022 he was named President of Community Banking for the TS Bank and the TS Banking Group. He has 20 years of financial services industry experience, including credit analysis, treasury management, relationship management, commercial and business banking, along with equipment and real estate financing. Dave earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from Creighton University. Dave has served on numerous boards and community organizations and currently is a member of the Nebraska Enterprise Fund, Children’s Square, the Iowa West Foundation Grants Advisory Committee, and the Friends of the Council Bluffs Public Library. In his free time he enjoys volunteering in the community, the arts, coaching youth sports, exercising, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Austin Diehm – SVP of Consumer Banking
Austin has been a local community banker for nearly 20 years, starting as a teller in his late teens. Austin has served in various banking roles, including commercial lending, treasury management, and merchant processing, among several others. Austin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership from Grace University, which he applies every day as he fulfills his various responsibilities. Austin is a lifelong resident of Council Bluffs, where he lives with his wife and 4 children. Austin enjoys giving back to his community through various boards, as well as serving his local church family.

Dan Rossell – Chief Credit Officer/Market President, Atlantic
Dan currently serves as the Chief Credit Officer for the TS Banking Group and Market President for the Atlantic branch of TS Bank. Prior to TS Bank, Dan worked for Rolling Hills Bank and Trust in Atlantic for 21 years where he was involved with all facets of banking including, ag and commercial lending, Compliance Officer, Market President and Senior Leader. Dan is a graduate of Northwestern College, holding a BA in Business Administration with career concentrations in Finance and Economics. He is also a graduate of the Colorado School of Banking.

Tysen Christensen – Market President/VP of Regional Ag, Corning
Tysen’s career in banking began immediately after his college graduation in 2004 as a CSR/Teller in Corning. He started his lending career with Okey Vernon Bank in 2006 and progressed to his current role as the Market President for Corning and VP of Regional Ag Banking for TS Bank who acquired Okey Vernon Bank in 2016. Tysen enjoys taking a hands-on approach and being a true partner for his clients. He has deep knowledge in the ag industry from helping manage input costs to finding the right hedging strategy. Tysen appreciates helping his farm clients through the many aspects of managing a farming operation.

Marie Miller – VP of Consumer and Commercial Real Estate Credit, Council Bluffs
Marie Miller started her career with TS Bank in August 2012 and today serves as Vice President of Consumer and Real Estate Credit. In this role, Marie facilitates commercial loans and business banking relationships by matching clients appropriately with products and services that best serve their business needs. Marie graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. She was an Area Sales Manager for a large department store chain before entering the banking industry. Marie began her banking career in 2001 and has held a number of different titles such as Loan Secretary, Loan Documentation Specialist, Personal Banking Officer, and Commercial Loan Officer. Marie currently serves on the Council Bluffs Guild for the Omaha Symphony and the CHI Patient and Family Advisory Counsel.

Kyle Osborne - AVP of Business and Consumer Banking
Kyle Osborne was hired in 2012 to lead TS Bank’s financial wellness initiative in SW Iowa. For the past 12 plus years he has worked with children, teens and adults to help them become more financially healthy. His passion to help people with their personal and business finances made him a great fit to transition into his current role as AVP of Business and Consumer Banking. Kyle and his wife Michelle moved to Council Bluffs in 2012 and have made Council Bluffs their home along with their six children. Kyle serves as the chair of the Business Advisory Team of teachers at the Green Hills AEA, he serves as a member of IWCC Business, Marketing and Accounting Advisory Team and serves as a member of the finance team at this church. Kyle’s main goal is to make banking simple and to do so through education. He loves solutions that people actually need and want. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Education: Youth Ministry as well as Business Administration: Finance.

Kelly Herring – AVP of Consumer Credit, Corning
Kelly joined TS Bank in 2005 and serves as the AVP of Consumer Credit in the Corning TS Bank branch location. Kelly works with clients to help them with any of their consumer credit needs, whether it be helping the client with a loan or just coaching them on good credit practices. She is also a registered mortgage lender and is able to do purchase loans, refinances, construction loans, and Home Equity loans. Kelly is a native of Corning and continues to reside there. She is a graduate of Buena Vista University with her Bachelor’s degree in Education. In the many years that Kelly has been with the bank, she has worked in many departments, such as, proof and imaging, bookkeeping and opening new accounts and receptionist. She became a consumer loan officer in July 2013. Kelly is active within her community and serves as treasurer on the Adams County Commission on Sustainability Board, the Adams Co. Ministerial Assn., and the Corning Municipal Utility Board. Kelly also enjoys volunteering with the Corning Elementary Parent Teacher Organization when she can. Kelly also is the Corning branch liaison for the marketing and community reinvestment departments for TS Bank.

Rick Ohlinger – VP of Ag Banking
Rick joined TS Bank in April 2015. In his current role as VP of Ag Banking, Rick works one-on-one with clients to provide innovative and competitive financing options. He manages the credit relationship through the entire process and works closely with the analysts. Through his various roles within the banking industry, Rick has gained vast experience in agricultural lending and offers guidance and expertise in finding the right financing for Midwest producers.

Carson Cline - AVP of Ag and Business Banking, Corning
Carson began working for TS Bank immediately after graduating from Northwest Missouri State University in January 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business. Carson started as a relationship manager getting some exposure as a lender as well as learning the backside of general banking operations. Carson moved into the AVP role in May of 2021. With his experience, he is looking forward to assisting any Ag or Commercial clients with their borrowing needs. Carson resides near Lenox with his wife Alyssa and their son Waylon. He enjoys being able to help his clients become more successful through proper financial management.

Aaron Schoening - AVP of Ag and Business Banking
Aaron joined TS Bank in January 2022. He is relatively new to the banking industry, spending nine years in the Supply Chain Industry, directly after graduating from Iowa State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Aaron has been married for nine years, has two daughters, and currently resides in Glenwood. Aaron is excited to get back into an agricultural environment and assisting Clients to prosper.

Megan Barth - Branch Manager, AVP Council Bluffs
Megan serves as Branch Manager, AVP for the Council Bluffs branches. She has been in banking since 2013 and joined TS Bank in December of 2020. Megan has served on the frontline for her entire career and has a passion for banking and people. When she is not working, she spends time at the soccer field or volleyball court watching her two daughters and enjoys volunteering at New Visions and assisting with financial literacy.

Julyette Fox - Branch Manager, AVP - Council Bluffs
Julyette serves as one of the Branch Managers for the Council Bluffs branches. She joined TS Bank in 2021 after moving to Council Bluffs from Oklahoma. She has over four years of banking experience and was awarded The Daily Nonpareil Reader's Choice Award for 'Favorite Banker' in both 2022 and 2023. Julyette currently lives in Council Bluffs with her husband and son, and in her free time she loves to spend time with her family and travel. In addition to her role as Branch Manager, she also spends time volunteering with New Visions Homeless Shelter and assists with our in-school banks.

Brandie Kannas - Branch Manager, AVP, Corning
Brandie started her career in banking in 2013 and then joined TS Bank in 2016. She has worked multiple positions and currently serves as the branch manager of our Corning location. Brandie is a native of Corning but her and her husband currently reside in Red Oak. Brandie likes to be active by volunteering in the community when she can.

Sarah Bazer - Branch Manager, AVP, Treynor
Sarah serves as Branch Manager, AVP at the Treynor branch. With a banking career spanning over a decade, Sarah has been a dedicated professional in the industry since 2013. She joined TS Bank in February of 2022 and recently moved to the Treynor Branch Manager role in June of 2024. Sarah's exceptional service and commitment to building relationships with clients have earned her recognition as the 'Favorite Banker' in the Daily Nonpareil Readers’ Choice Awards in both 2022 and 2023. Outside of her professional achievements, Sarah is passionate about reading and cherishes spending time with her children. She also enjoys being active in the community by volunteering to walk in local parades when she can and participates in the annual watermelon feed at Westfair.

Le Ann Erickson - Branch Manager, AVP, Atlantic
Le Ann joined TS Bank in 2024, bringing 24 years of banking with her. She has experience in all aspects of banking, including as a teller, customer service, branch management, business development, operations and managing loan portfolios in ag, commercial and residential real estate. Le Ann thrives on developing new relationships in the community and helping develop personalized services to meet their financial needs.

Kelli Hecker - Branch Manager, AVP, Ames
Kelli joined TS Bank in December of 2022 as Branch Manager of our Ames location. She has 16 years of banking experience ranging from teller to branch manager. She received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Marketing from Iowa State University, is a graduate of TS Bank’s Transformational Leader Academy and is currently part of Leadership Ames Class 37. Outside of work, Kelli loves to read, travel, spend time with friends and family and attend Iowa State athletic events.
