Adams County residents receive $10,000 in donations for emergency needs

Corning, IA - TS Bank is pleased to announce two recent donations which help local residents in Adams County with emergency needs, namely $5,000 to Adams County Ministerial Association Emergency Needs Fund and $5,000 to MATURA Action Corporation.

Adams County Ministerial Association Emergency Needs Fund, supports travelers and county residents that are in need of food, lodging, transportation, and utility assistance. Kelly Herring, TS Bank’s AVP of Consumer Credit, has served on this organization as treasurer for the last seven years.

“This donation is greatly appreciated and will help locals in need of gas, food, and utility assistance.” Said Andrew Bardole, Representative of Adams County Ministerial Association Emergency Needs Fund. “It will also help travelers in need who are passing through Adams County by providing them with lodging and a hot meal.”

MATURA Action Corporation works to provide quality programming for low-income families and individuals in the community, assisting in achieving self-sufficiency, the strengthening of families, and improving the quality of life.
