Ames, IA, January 4, 2024 - Kelli Hecker, Branch Manager with TS Bank at the Ames location has been selected to participate in the Leadership Ames Class XXXVII, a program of the Ames Chamber of Commerce. Leadership Ames offers the opportunity for participants to gain experience in civic leadership responsibilities and cultivate relationships with other local leaders and community members.

Kelli and 20 other participants in this year’s class will experience twelve day-long sessions designed to develop informed, involved and concerned leaders. The year-long program also helps educate, inspire and grow a network of informed leaders locally and beyond.

“Leadership Ames is one of our flagship programs of the Ames Chamber of Commerce, 37 years strong! This professional development course over the next eleven months will broaden Kelli’s relationship network, expose her to new businesses and assist in connecting her with other business and industries throughout the Ames area,” said Ames Chamber of Commerce Vice President, Jan Williams. “Kelli has been involved with many of our events at the Ames Chamber of Commerce, and we look forward to working with her during Leadership Ames Class 37 and help elevate her professional banking experience within our community.”

Kelli joined TS Bank in December of 2022 as the branch manager of the Ames location. She has 15 years of banking experience ranging from teller to branch manager. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Iowa State University and recently graduated from TS Bank’s Transformational Leader Academy. I am looking forward to diving in and learning more about this great community and other industries while making new connections and friends,” said TS Bank Branch Manager, Kelli Hecker.
