How do I setup my online portal?
Contact your TS Prosperity Group officer for registration.
What is multi-factor authentication (MFA)?
MFA provides an extra layer of security by requiring an additional verification step, such as a code sent to your phone or email.
What if I am locked out of the online portal?
If you forgot your Username, you will need to contact our office at (844) 487.3115 or email us at [contact@tsprosperity.com]. If you forgot your Password, please reset by selecting the “Forgot Password” link on the homepage.
How current is the information shown in the portal?
Account values are updated nightly and reflect values from the end of the previous business day. Transaction activity is updated regularly, however, some transactions may take several business days to appear, depending on processing requirements.
Digital Services
Can I sign documents while traveling?
If your investment needs require a signature, we have you covered. We use a program called DocuSign® which allows you to sign documents from anywhere in the world. We will send a secure email with simple instructions to sign documents.
Do I have to come to meetings in person?
If you would prefer to meet with us virtually, schedule an appointment by contacting your officer directly or call (844) 487-3115 and let us know you would like to set up a virtual meeting. We can have a virtual meeting over the phone or by video. For video conferencing, a private Teams meeting invite will be emailed to you with a link and meeting password.
