TS Bank donates $15,000 to Heartland Family Service Council Bluffs therapeutic school

Council Bluffs, IA - TS Bank recently donated $15,000 as part of a three-year capital campaign to Heartland Family Service (HFS) Therapeutic School in Council Bluffs located at 2912 9th Ave, Council Bluffs, IA, 51501. This comes as part of TS Bank’s priority to impact local youth activities through school and community organizations.

The school offers full-day academic and therapeutic programming for special education students with major mental health diagnoses. Family involvement is heavily emphasized, and comprehensive wrap-around services are provided to assist the student and family in beginning a healing journey. For eligibility, students must be referred by their local district within the Green Hills Area Education Agency of Southwest Iowa.

Celebrating their 14th year, the Heartland Family Service School serves over 70 young people from kindergarten through 12th grade, helping them reach their educational and personal goals.
