Council Bluffs, IA, March 9, 2023 - TS Bank is excited to announce its inclusion as one of Council Bluffs’ 25 awarded UNbelievable Workplaces for the third year in a row by the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce. This special event was held on Wednesday, March 8 at the Hoff Family Arts and Culture Center.

UNbelievable Workplaces is an employee engagement and satisfaction program developed and managed by the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. The program focuses on ensuring a business is a human-centered workplace. According to the Council Bluffs Area Chamber, “understanding the culture of a workplace is the best way to increase employee engagement and strengthen our workforce attraction and retention efforts.”
