TS Bank welcomes Cindy Constable as new Atlantic market president

Atlantic, Iowa, March 3, 2026 - TS Bank is pleased to announce Cindy Constable as the new market president for Atlantic.
Over the course of her 30-year banking career, Cindy has held a wide range of leadership and sales roles including teller, banker, manager, consumer underwriter and as regional sales manager, overseeing 97 branches across three states. She has also been recognized for her commitment to service with multiple leadership and sales awards. Before entering the banking industry, she spent four years working as a court reporter.

Born and raised in Oakland, Iowa, Cindy is a graduate of Oakland High School and holds an Associate Degree in Business from American Institute of Business. She and her husband, Mark, live in Avoca, where they raised their three adult daughters Hannah, Haley and Hope, and is the very proud grandmother to five grandchildren who all live nearby.
Cindy is actively involved in the community, serving as Treasurer of the Town & County Junior Federated, and previously served on the audit committee at Trinity Lutheran Church and as Treasurer for the City of Oakland. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, boating, crafting and spending time with friends and family.
