TS Prosperity Group announces new operations manager

Council Bluffs, Iowa - TS Prosperity Group, a division of TS Bank focused on investment and fiduciary risk management, recently hired, Dana Vorthmann as Operations Manager.
Dana, a native of Paxton, Neb., now resides in Treynor, Iowa. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from University of Nebraska at Kearney and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Nebraska at Omaha.
“I worked in the financial industry early in my career and am excited to get back into it. I am especially looking forward to being part of a community-based company where you can really make an impact on a personal level,” said Dana. “In the short time I have been here I am impressed with the number of different efforts of the company, including putting clients first, community reinvestment efforts, and financial literacy just to name a few - all to IGNITE PROSPERITY®!
Prior to joining TS Prosperity Group, Dana has over 25 years of management experience at ConAgra Foods, Inc. and Lozier Corporation with a broad range of roles encompassing treasury, insurance and loss, project/change management and client services. At ConAgra, she held various management roles leading process improvement effectiveness within their global shared services organization, cash management activities in their treasury department and risk and claims management within insurance and loss. At Lozier, she was responsible for managing the account services team. This included leading the department strategy, training and process improvement efforts. Additionally, she was a past board member of the Nebraska Association for Financial Professionals.
Within her role as operations manager, Dana is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities within the investment and trust areas of TS Prosperity Group. She will help ensure all operational client service is at the highest level and responsible for driving best in class policies and procedures to accomplish the highest level of quality and performance.
Dana has been married to Dan Vorthmann for 25 years and together they have three children and five grandchildren. Her personal motto statement is, “If I learn something new than the day ‘counts’. Strive to make each day count!” In her spare time, she enjoys time at the lake and anything outdoors.
