In December of 2015, TS Bank opened its location in Atlantic, Iowa. TS Bank purchased a building that formerly housed an insurance agency located at 1005 E 7th Street and remodeled the space before opening. This location features an exterior Video ATM that converts to a 24-hour ATM after-hours, in the drive-thru.

Meet the team

 

Cindy Constable - Market President, Atlantic

Cindy Constable has been appointed as the new Market President for Atlantic. Entering her 30th year in banking, Cindy began her career as a front line banker, holding various roles such as branch manager, underwriter, Retail Banking Manager, and Regional Retail Sales Manager.   Cindy achieved her degree in Business from the American Institute of Business.  Cindy grew up and worked in Oakland for several years.  Cindy and her husband currently reside in Avoca where they raised their 3 daughters.  Cindy has served on numerous boards and community organizations.  She is currently a member of the Rotary and Chamber of Commerce in Atlantic and the Junior Federated Women's Club in Avoca.  Cindy is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and building a one-team mindset in the workplace.  In her free time, Cindy enjoys giving back to the communities we serve, golfing, boating, and mostly spending time with her family and friends.

Paige Geier - Branch Manager, AVP, Atlantic

Paige serves as the Branch Manager, AVP of our Atlantic branch. She joined TS Bank in February 2023 at our Ames location and relocated to Atlantic with her husband in May 2024. Throughout her tenure with TS Bank, she has served on the frontline, demonstrating a strong commitment to client service, with a passion for both banking and community engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with minors in both Marketing and Accounting from Bellevue University and is currently participating in TS Bank's Transformational Leader Academy. Outside of work, Paige is an active member of the Mills County Farm Bureau Board and Atlantic Rising. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling whenever the opportunity arises.

Megan Sramek - AVP of Ag and Business Banking, Atlantic

Megan serves as AVP of Ag and Business Banking. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University in Agribusiness. Megan has a broad background with over six years in ag lending and over seven years in appraising and selling real estate (ag, commercial, and residential). Her passion for agriculture runs deep, being born and raised on a farm and ranch and is currently farming with her husband’s family in Atlantic. Stewardship of both land and animals being raised in the ag industry is a priority. Megan looks forward to partnering with local producers and business to help the community grow and prosper.
