Cindy Constable - Market President, Atlantic
Cindy Constable has been appointed as the new Market President for Atlantic. Entering her 30th year in banking, Cindy began her career as a front line banker, holding various roles such as branch manager, underwriter, Retail Banking Manager, and Regional Retail Sales Manager. Cindy achieved her degree in Business from the American Institute of Business. Cindy grew up and worked in Oakland for several years. Cindy and her husband currently reside in Avoca where they raised their 3 daughters. Cindy has served on numerous boards and community organizations. She is currently a member of the Rotary and Chamber of Commerce in Atlantic and the Junior Federated Women's Club in Avoca. Cindy is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and building a one-team mindset in the workplace. In her free time, Cindy enjoys giving back to the communities we serve, golfing, boating, and mostly spending time with her family and friends.

Paige Geier - Branch Manager, AVP, Atlantic
Paige serves as the Branch Manager, AVP of our Atlantic branch. She joined TS Bank in February 2023 at our Ames location and relocated to Atlantic with her husband in May 2024. Throughout her tenure with TS Bank, she has served on the frontline, demonstrating a strong commitment to client service, with a passion for both banking and community engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with minors in both Marketing and Accounting from Bellevue University and is currently participating in TS Bank's Transformational Leader Academy. Outside of work, Paige is an active member of the Mills County Farm Bureau Board and Atlantic Rising. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling whenever the opportunity arises.

Michael Dentlinger - VP of Ag and Business Banking, Atlantic
Michael Dentlinger brings more than five years of experience in agricultural and commercial lending, working closely with farmers, business owners, and individuals to help them achieve their financial goals. Known for his relationship-focused approach, Michael provides personalized financial solutions and trusted guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.
He earned an Associate degree in Business from Des Moines Area Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Buena Vista University. Michael has continued to strengthen his expertise through advanced industry education, including the Iowa School of Banking, Commercial Lending School, Advanced Commercial Lending School, and Consumer Credit School.
Passionate about both agriculture and community banking, Michael believes strong relationships are the foundation of long-term success. He takes pride in helping clients grow, supporting local businesses and farms, and contributing to the vitality of the communities he serves.
In addition to his work in banking, Michael serves as Vice President of the Coon Rapids Main Street Board, where he helps support initiatives that encourage community development, economic growth, and local engagement.
