In October of 2016, TS Bank opened its downtown location at 43 Scott Street in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The four-story building houses not only the first-floor bank branch, but the company's trust department, TS Prosperity Group, on the fourth floor. This location features a Video ATM that converts to a 24-HR ATM after hours in the drive-thru.

Meet the team

	Dave Zimmerman – Market President Zimmerman has been appointed as the new market president for Council Bluffs. Entering his 30th year in banking, Zimmerman began his career as a teller while attending college and has since held roles such as personal banker, branch manager, head of retail banking, and market president. A lifelong Council Bluffs resident, Zimmerman actively supports the community through involvement in local organizations. He currently serves on the boards of the Charles E. Lakin YMCA, Union Pacific Railroad Museum, and VODEC, and previously chaired the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Council Bluffs program. Known for his relationship-first approach to banking, Zimmerman is passionate about providing exceptional service. "Clients aren't treated like account numbers...when you walk into our bank, you're greeted by name, " says Dave. "We want to know and understand your business today and where you want to go tomorrow, so that we can tailor the right financial solutions to help you get there." Earlier in his career, Zimmerman contributed to a banking startup, which he describes as the most enjoyable experience of his professional journey. He earned an associate degree in business administration from Iowa Western Community College and a Bachelor of Science in finance and banking from Buena Vista University. Zimmerman and his wife, Kari, have four children—Tim, Nic, Addison, and Avery. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports and playing basketball. 712-243-0304
	Marie Miller – VP of Consumer and Commercial Real Estate Credit, Council Bluffs Marie Miller started her career with TS Bank in August 2012 and today serves as Vice President of Consumer and Real Estate Credit. In this role, Marie facilitates commercial loans and business banking relationships by matching clients appropriately with products and services that best serve their business needs. Marie graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. She was an Area Sales Manager for a large department store chain before entering the banking industry. Marie began her banking career in 2001 and has held a number of different titles such as Loan Secretary, Loan Documentation Specialist, Personal Banking Officer, and Commercial Loan Officer. Marie currently serves on the Council Bluffs Guild for the Omaha Symphony and the CHI Patient and Family Advisory Counsel. 712-487-1006
	Julyette Fox - Branch Manager, AVP, Council Bluffs Julyette serves as the Branch Manager, AVP for our Scott Street location in Council Bluffs. She joined TS Bank in 2021 after moving to Council Bluffs from Oklahoma. She has over five years of banking experience and was awarded The Daily Nonpareil Reader's Choice Award for 'Favorite Banker' in both 2022 and 2023. Julyette currently lives in the area with her husband and son, and in her free time she loves to spend time with her family and travel. In addition to her role as Branch Manager, she also spends time volunteering with New Visions Homeless Shelter and at our in-school banks. 712-243-0303
	Riley Lemke - Business Banking Relationship Manager, Council Bluffs Based in Council Bluffs, Riley works closely with clients to provide tailored financial solutions that help businesses thrive. With a strong background in cash management and a commitment to exceptional service, Riley ensures that each client receives personalized attention and support. Riley's journey with TS Bank began as a student banker at Thomas Jefferson High School. His passion for banking and community service led him to join TS Bank full-time, where he has been making a positive impact over the last 10+ years. Riley is also actively involved in the community, serving on the Council Bluffs Schools Foundation Alumni Committee, & being a member of the Council Bluffs Ambassadors. In his spare time, Riley enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
